And He took a cup, and when He had given thanks He said, "Take this, and divide it among yourselves. For I tell you that from now on I will not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes." And He took bread, and when He had given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, "This is My body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of Me." JR. CHURCH
Our Jr. Church is going through the Answers in Genesis - ABC Bible Curriculum. Come and visit us if you like and learn with us. We have a great time with our teachers and our fantastic assistants.
But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

Social Distancing between family groups practiced at this gathering
Prayer & Praise meets Wednesday evenings at 7 pm in the Sanctuary.
Our Wednesday night prayer and praise gives opportunity to sing a couple of old hymns, songs from the heart. We study God's Word and make personal application of scriptures. There is a close fellowship of saints on our way through this old world on our way to heaven.
We listen, then pray for the needs in our lives and attempt to thank the Lord for Who He is and what He is doing in our lives, in our church and our worlds. This meeting helps us to stay close to the Lord.
-Pastor Emeritus Jameson
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: if either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Ecclesiastes 4:9,10 & 12
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

Youth Group
A Review of the Teaching, Actions & Commands of Jesus in the four Gospels.
Each meeting will concentrate on a Jesus event. This will involve reviewing the event in scripture. Followed by a group discussion on how that event will apply or could affect a teen today. Students will then apply Jesus actions to their own lives.
Speed Limit Gang
The Speed Limit Gang [SLG] is for those who are 55 years an older. They meet monthly on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 12:00 pm. The SLG sponsors various activities throughout the year.
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another –and all the more as you see the day approaching.
Hebrews 10:24-25
We host Released Time Bible Class [RTBC] led by Debbie Price who ministers with Rural Bible Mission [RBM] Ministries. This is an opportunity for children, in accordance with Michigan law, to be released from school once a month to attend religious instructional classes. The class is one hour and thirty minutes. The children are picked up from school by the church at 9:00am and returned following the class by 11:00am operating during the months of October – April or May depending upon spring break.
Schools which are currently involved:
Scott Elementary
Schavey Road Elementary
David Scott Elementary
If you are interested in having your child involved in this program pick up a yellow flier at the information table in the foyer or contact your school office if it is one of the previously listed schools. We would be happy to have your child join us at RTBC.
What is Released Time Bible Class?
Now, by state law, a new and effectual door has opened called “released time”. Michigan Administrative Code R 340.71 states that… “The board of education or its duly authorized representative, upon written request of the parent, guardian or person having control or charge of any child or children, shall release from attendance at the public school any child or children to attend religious instruction classes not to exceed two hours (120 minutes) per week.” Or, in other words, if Mom or Dad sign the permission slips, the kids can go from school on school time to a nearby church or other suitable place for Bible Class!
What the Children Get …
Seven times each school year the Bible is taught by the story-telling method, with the aid of eye-catching visuals.
The Bible Story is the “heart” of the program. The stories are chosen from both the Old and New Testaments, with concern for the needs and understanding of the children. The presentation is true to life, faithful to Scripture and backed by RBM Ministries’ commitment to evangelical Christian doctrine.
Each month the children are given a Bible verse to memorize and apply to their lives. Where facilities and time allow songs and quizzes are part of the program.
An attractive take-home paper climaxes the thrust of each month’s lesson, games and pointed Bible message are used to help crystallize Biblical truth.

Operation Saturation or OpSat is a program to saturate our community with the Gospel in print and with a personal invitation to attend our church. We will meet Thursdays at the church at 7pm to get our assignments. We ask you to commit to distribute 25 brochures or spend an hour at distributing and knocking on doors, whichever comes first. Then we will meet back at the church to record what was accomplished.
